Quality of the service on board has always been one of our top priorities at AeroSvit. We strive to meet international standards in food quality and choice.

This way we offer the following types of menus on board

00.00 - 10.00 departure time: breakfast type
10.01 - 15.00 departure time: lunch type
15.01 - 19.00 departure time: dinner type
19.01 - 00.00 departure time: light dishes

Recently, a special menu including a hot meal has been introduced for business class passengers. Vegetarian menus are also offered in all service classes. Special meals are also available for people with particular dietary needs due to health conditions or religious beliefs. Individual menu arrangements can be made when booking or purchasing a ticket or up to 24 hours before the flight departs. All you need to do is contact your travel agent with your meal preferences.

AeroSvit takes every effort to meet customers' needs and preferences. In the near future, our menu will be substantially enriched for all passenger categories.
The catering services provided by Kyiv-Catering and Aero-Catering Services Ukraine have always been of outstanding quality, since it is essential that passengers are offered fresh, healthy, and tasty food.

Special Menu for passengers on AeroSvit flights

You can order your Special Menu at any AeroSvit Sales Office, via Contact Center (on-line chat) or at your favourite Ticket Agency worldwide.

Please note that your Special Meal order should be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled flight departure.

Special meal service is provided free of charge to business class passengers on all Airline’s flights.

For economy class passengers on all AeroSvit international flights special meal service is chargeable

AVML, HNML - provided free of charge on AeroSvit flights to/from Delhi , Toronto

In economy class on all Airline’s domestic flights special meal service is non-applicable.
The sum paid for special meals provision is non-refundable:
- when passenger voluntarily refused the offered service,
- in case of date change by passenger initiative less then 48 hours prior to original flight departure
- when cancellation of ticket together with order or only cancellation of pre-order for special meals provision is made less then 48 hours prior to flight departure;

In case of date change by passenger’s initiative at least 48 hours prior to original flight departure, and at least 24 hours prior to new flight departure special meal pre-order may be rebooked to this flight free of charge.

In case of ticket cancellation by passenger’s initiative together with order or only cancellation of pre-order for special meals provision is made more then 48 hours prior to flight departure 100% of sum paid for special meal order must be returned to passenger.

To get the refund passenger should refer to Customer Complaint Department in written, by telephone or e-mail.
